Booking and Payment

All barista course bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment must be made in accordance with the booking terms provided at the time of registration. Your place on the course is not guaranteed until your booking has been confirmed.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your course, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling requests are subject to our cancellation policy. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case an alternative date or suitable arrangement will be offered.

Course Attendance

Participants are expected to arrive on time and attend the full duration of their chosen barista training course. Late arrival or early departure may affect your ability to complete the training and receive certification, where applicable.

Training and Certification

We aim to provide high-quality barista training in a professional and supportive environment. Certificates are awarded only where the relevant course requirements and assessment criteria have been met. Certification is not guaranteed simply by attending a course.

Health and Safety

All participants must follow the trainer’s instructions and comply with health and safety procedures throughout the training. Participants are responsible for informing the trainer of any relevant requirements that may affect their participation.
